# How to Redeem Points?

Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them for available rewards — such as upgrading to a Standard or Pro package.

To redeem your points:

1. Open the **Admin App** and go to the **Wallet** or **Points** section.
2. Tap on **Redeem Points**.
3. Select the available package or reward you want.
4. Confirm the redemption. Your points will be deducted, and your device will be upgraded instantly.

You will receive a confirmation once the new package is applied.

📝 Note:

* Some rewards require a **minimum point balance**.
* Points cannot be refunded once redeemed.
* Promotional rewards may have an expiration date.
