# Valid Dashboard Account

* You must already have a registered account in the Admin Panel (cPanel).
* Reason: Having an account ready allows you to pair the device instantly using **OTP code** or **QR code scan**, instead of going through the longer username/password login process.
* Estimated time saved: \~30 seconds.

Why should you register for an account first?

Unlike other apps, we support multiple methods for registering a new account. You can create the account with:

* Any valid **email address**
* **Google (Gmail) account or Facebook (Messenger)**
* **Telephone number** (SMS verification)

With an existing account, you can instantly pair the device using an OTP code or scan a QR code, eliminating the need to enter a username and password/password-like information, as required by other apps.
